OEM / ODM · BUYING GUIDE

Plan your next tactical gear collection.

A practical starting point for European brands and wholesalers developing private label carriers, pouches, belts, backpacks and hand-carry bags.

Start with a product brief

Send a reference image, drawing or existing sample, your material requirements, quantity per colour and target date. For OEM projects, share your own specification. For ODM development, use an existing style as the starting point and agree the changes during sampling.

Include dimensions, pocket layout, attachment interfaces, hardware, brand labels and packaging. For carriers and accessories, define compatibility and sizing. Carrier shells do not include protective plates and carry no ballistic protection rating.

Agree materials before sampling

500D nylon is a core option for our tactical equipment projects. Confirm the exact fabric, colour, lining, webbing and hook-and-loop in the specification. Imported MultiCam fabric and genuine MultiCam webbing and hook-and-loop are available for selected projects, subject to stock and specification.

Material sourcing, preparation, cutting, sewing, assembly, finishing and sampling are handled by our own 40–50 person factory team. Laser cutting is available for suitable panel designs. Special-material projects are reviewed before production is confirmed.

Plan MOQ and lead times

MOQ
Selected styles can start at 100 pieces per colour. We recommend 200 for standard runs. Confirm the final minimum for your design and materials.
Samples
Simple pouches: around one week. Carriers and backpacks: two weeks or longer. Material availability and construction affect timing.
Production
Typically around 25 days. Quantity, material preparation and factory scheduling determine the confirmed production time; agree delivery requirements separately.

Review the sample before the run

Check fit, dimensions, mounting, pocket access, hardware, labels and packaging against your brief. Confirm the final material and construction specification before approving the sample and production schedule. Share any project-specific testing or documentation requirements for review; no certification or test result is implied by this catalogue.

Choose a reference style

For belts and hand-carry bags, send your reference and specification so we can review a suitable starting point.
